Sapphire is the rare blue tier of the Doppler series, born from the same marbleized metallic paint and candy coat but landing on a near-flawless deep blue with almost no black streaking. On the Karambit's curved claw the color pools across the swept blade, and collectors prize examples where the blue runs richest from base to tip.

Doppler phases
Doppler and Gamma Doppler are split into phases. Standard Doppler has Phase 1–4 plus the rare Ruby (red), Sapphire (blue) and Black Pearl. Gamma Doppler adds Emerald as its top phase.
The phase is part of the item and changes both the look and the value — Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Black Pearl trade well above the numbered phases. On this page the phase is shown in the name and selectable where variants exist.
