Sapphire is the scarce all-blue outcome of the Doppler process, where marbleized metallic paint and a candy coat settle into deep, glassy blue with minimal dark intrusion. Across the butterfly knife's twin handles and blade the color reads almost gemlike, and tiers with the cleanest, most saturated blue are the ones collectors single out.

Doppler phases
Doppler and Gamma Doppler are split into phases. Standard Doppler has Phase 1–4 plus the rare Ruby (red), Sapphire (blue) and Black Pearl. Gamma Doppler adds Emerald as its top phase.
