Objectives turn map control into progress toward the enemy base. Structures, neutral objectives and lane pressure require different commitments.
In practice
After winning a fight, choose a reachable objective. Defend an important structure when its loss would cost more than the attack gains.

No. The current delivery and capture events run independently and need different plans.
